Infrared Sauna Blanket

What is an infrared sauna blanket?

Infrared saunas don’t heat the air around you like a traditional sauna.

Instead, they use electromagnetic radiation to warm your body directly, meaning far less of the heat warms the air.

As the heat is penetrates more deeply, you can experience a more intense sweat at a lower temperature.

The MiHIGH blanket uses the exactly same infrared technology, but in blanket format.

What happens at my appointment?

.

When you arrive for your appointment, you'll be taken into my room and be asked to lie in the blanket on the bed.

I'll leave you with some soothing music and lights for 30 minutes, so you can meditate, sleep, or just relax.

These MiHigh sessions are perfect for adding on, so you can enjoy them after my other treatments.

What are the benefits?

The main aim of a coffee enema is to remove toxins from the liver and free radicals from the bloodstream.

However, there are some components in coffee that offer other health benefits, including:

  • increased immunity

  • more energy

  • preventing yeast overgrowth

  • removing parasites from the digestive tract

  • repairing digestive tissue

  • improving blood circulation

  • relieving digestive issues, such as frequent constipation, bloating, cramping and nausea

  • improving low energy levels and moods.
